For owners
List your property in Sofia
Publish a home, a commercial unit or a plot with structured, comparable information — then handle enquiries, viewings and follow-up from a single dashboard.
How it works
From submission to published listing
A listing is created in four stages. You describe the property using structured fields — deal type, category, property type, location, floor area, layout, price or rent — so it can be found through the same filters buyers and tenants actually use. You add photographs and any documents or floor plans you want shown. You submit it for review. Once approved, it is published.
The structured part matters more than it sounds. A property described only in free text is almost invisible to someone filtering by neighbourhood, size and budget, which is how most searches on the platform begin.
After publication, enquiries and viewing requests arrive in the dashboard with their full history, so nothing depends on remembering which message came from where. Listings can be updated, temporarily hidden or withdrawn at any time.
What you get
Managing the property after publication
Each listing has its own workspace: current status, the enquiries it has received, the viewings arranged around it and the activity recorded against it. Owners with several properties see them together, and agencies can work as a team on the same portfolio.
Performance information is limited to what the platform genuinely measures — activity on your own listings. We do not publish forecasts of how quickly a property will sell or let, and we do not claim an audience size we cannot evidence.
