Leads carry a stage, an owner and a full activity timeline, and property matching suggests which listings fit a registered requirement.
Team access is organisation-based. Colleagues share the same portfolio and pipeline, while data belonging to other organisations is inaccessible — separation is enforced in the database, not only in the interface.
